GLeo.com utility coordination support services include: ¨ Creating innovative programs and procedure systems to effectively discover, identify, analyze and report utility conflicts involving a wide range of highly complex roadway construction projects. Can function as Agency authority to order utility relocation, removal and/or repair of facilities within public ROW. ¨ Supporting the administration of Agency’s utility reimbursement program following 23 CFR 645 and other federal, state and agency program rules, laws, policies and procedures ¨ Supporting the initiation and process of Agency claims against private and municipal utility organizations resulting for utility caused construction delay claims ¨ Supporting the processing and granting of Agency permits to utility organizations involved with roadway construction projects. Can develop permit general and special provisions GLeo.com purchasing and contract development consultation services and work products adhere to Oregon Law, Oregon State Department of Administrative Services procurement and purchasing OARs, policies and guidelines. Specifically, ODOT’s Purchasing Office policies, procedures, and guidelines are followed by GLeo.com to support Agency’s successful development, initiation, monitoring, correcting, and evaluation of professional service contracts involving utility coordination and SUE A&E contracts. |
